Bella and Bear Beauty - Hair She Goes Hair Removal Kit | Review

Tuesday, 29 July 2014
Hello dolls! Today's post I will be reviewing the Bella and Bear Beauty Hair She Goes Hair Removal Kit* which was kindly gifted to me by the lovely ladies over Bella and Bear Beauty who are an Amazon based company. I do hope they expand further because the product is so gorgeously presented and very unique.

Currently on sale at £17.99 plus my 25% off!

I'd never seen anything like this before and was instantly intrigued by the design. But first of all - the packaging! How cute is this?! I will definitely be keeping the packaging because it's too gorgeous to throw away. I don't know about you but this is completely new to me (the whole hair removal on the face I mean) and to be honest I'm not overly 'hairy'. My hair is actually very very fair but since I've had to do close-up pictures to be featured on here and social media sites I have noticed 'fluff' around my lip. I have really sensitive skin and when I was younger I used hair removal creams and waxes on my legs and they became irritated and painful within minutes - so there was no way I'd be using them on my face where I could break out or react badly.

I'm sure you would of heard of an 'epilator' before - this is exactly that but non-electronic and definitely less scary. It's quick and easy and with results lasting up to 5 weeks. Remember that feeling of plucking your eyebrows for the first time? Yeah, it's like that. It does make you wince and your eyes water but eventually the discomfort will fade - eyebrow plucking is just nothing now, and this will soon be too. Just persist through the pain because the results are not disappointing. The fact it is 'ripping' the hair follicle out the regrowth of the hair will be much finer. So if you are ladies that have darker hair this could be for you. You also get tweezers to help get the hairs that never come out. This is so easy to use and small enough to travel with - just pop it in your make-up bag and you are good to go and mess free.

PLUS it's 100% natural and eco-friendly.

So this is me showing you how to use it (I was going to do a video, but my skills are terrible).

How to use:

1. Hold the handles with both hands and bend the tool into an upside down 'U' shape, place on the face (anywhere you want to start)
2. Slowly rotate the handles clockwise and anticlockwise - or side to side while slowly and gently moving the remover in an upwards motion.

So if you are looking for a great alternative to waxing or hair removal creams then this is for you. It'll save you money because it's one product you can use over and over. I'll also save you money because they have very kindly given me a coupon code for my lovely readers to use at the checkout! YAY!

    1. Yes I would use it again.. Dark or light hair I think this would work equally as well. Just remember it is slightly painful the first few times of use until your hair become finer through regrowth. I've been doing different parts of my face because I can't really do it all in one go haha!

Packaging is a bonus too haha! Looks great on the dresser. Remember you have my coupon code to use :) makes its all that much cheaper.
