Urban Decay Naked 3 Make-Up Look

Friday, 25 April 2014
Hello lovlies! So last night I was pondering on what blog post I could do next and while I was thinking about what make-up I was going to do for this weekend (Cardiff for my best friend's birthday!) I thought I would do my make-up and take a few snaps (poor quality snaps) to show you all! If you follow me on Instagram you would of seen the picture I posted last night of the look I created!

Although not the best quality, I hope you get the picture. I'm practising taking NICE eye photos of my make-up but I can't seem to do it haha! These are just shameless iPhone selfies!

Products I used:
Face:
  • Benefit POREfessional used through T-zone and anywhere with enlarged pores
  • Chanel Vitalumire Foundation in 10 Nude
  • MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW20 conceal under eye, around nose and any places with redness
  • MAC Pro Conceal and Correct Palette in Light - Pale Yellow (shade used) to highlight ares of face such as bridge of nose, chin, under the eye, forehead and to define eyebrows
  • MAC Prep & Prime Transparent Finishing Powder to set make up under the eye are and through the T-zone
  • Benefit Hoola Bronzer to contour cheeks, nose, forehead and perimeters of face
  • Benefit Coralista apply on the cheeks and blend upwards, not so much on the apples but the higher points of cheeks
  • Bobbi Brown Bronze Shimmer Brick - just the lightest highlight shade to highlight cheekbones which will add dimension to the face along with your contour
Eyes:
  • Urban Decay Naked Basics - Faint used through eyebrows
  • MAC Paint Pot - Painterly over the lid to create a base for my eyeshadow
  • Urban Decay Naked Basics - W.O.S over the lid to mattify the base & Venus through the browbone and inner corners of the eye
  • Urban Decay Naked 3 - Burnout all over the lid, Limit for a matte crease colour which will add depth, Nooner a darker matte shade to go through the crease to add more depth and also placed on the outer corner of the eye, Mugshot & Factory used on the outer corner of the eye and blended through and also underneath the lashline
  • Loreal Super Liner Perfect Slim - Intense Black winged liner which I extended more straight to create a longer looking eye
  • Maybelline Master Kajal Kohl Liner top and bottom lash line
  • Maybelline The Rocket Volum' Express - Black mascara used on the top and bottom lashes
  • Eyelure Naturalites - Super Full false lashes applied to give longer fuller lashes
Lips:
  • MAC Lip Liner - Boldly Bare all over the lips, slightly over drawn to create the appearence of a fuller lip
  • MAC Creamsheen Lipstick - Peach Blossom all over the lips blending it in with the lip liner
  • Revlon Colourburst Lipgloss - Bellini just on the centre of the lips to create dimension and also make lips look fuller
This look would be perfect for a date, prom, wedding or even everyday as it's fairly subtle and the rose gold tones mean it's not too harsh on the eyes. Can be paired with a nude or darker shade lip!

Let me know what you guys think, I'll be sure to post more make-up looks on here, hopefully with better quality pictures to show you the eyes a bit better! Leave comments below, I'd love to hear your feedback!

Lots of love xo
